Christmas food shopping is rarely stress-free, but Sainsbury’s latest offers might help take the edge off.

Right now, there’s three for two cross a big selection of party food - ideal if you’re stocking the freezer, planning ahead for family get-togethers or just want to bulk-buy mini sausage rolls without the side of guilt. The offer runs right through until 31 December.

If wine’s also on the shopping list (it usually is), Sainsbury’s “Buy 6, Save 25%” deal is back. From 13 to 20 November, you can get a quarter off when you buy six bottles - whether you’re topping up for Christmas lunch or just restocking the rack.

Both deals are available online, so you can dodge the weekend rush and get sorted from the sofa. You’ll need to be quick on the wine, though - that offer’s only running for one week.
