All customer payment details are kept securely by an online payment processing company Stripe. Stripe is a leader in payment protection and has security packages that protect you from all forms of fraud. Mumsnet does not collect or keep your payment details.

If you apply to take part in a Mumsnet product test, as a premium user, you will be selected to take part ahead of non-premium users. This means you have a much higher chance of being chosen (depending on the number of spaces available and your eligibility).
