Mumsnet signs letter urging an end to the prosecution of women who end their own pregnancies

In relation to press reports that two women are currently facing prosecution in England charged with ending their own pregnancies, founder and CEO of Mumsnet Justine Roberts has co-signed a letter to the Director of Prosecutions.

Mumsnet founder and CEO Justine Roberts joined senior doctors, medical bodies, and feminist organisations in signing a letter to Max Hill QC, the director of public prosecutions, which states “it is never in the public interest to charge women who end their own pregnancy.”
