Mallorca is very family-friendly. It’s more chilled than its Balearic neighbour Ibiza, but still benefits from that perfect Mediterranean climate. The island is dotted with white sandy beaches and clear, safe waters, as well as Roman and Moorish sites.
You might know it by its Anglicised spelling Majorca, as it’s been a popular holiday destination for British families for decades. The seaside resorts are set up with families in mind, with plenty to do with the kids as well as opportunities to relax and recharge.
We've consulted the popular Mumsnet Holiday forum to get insight from real parents about the best family-friendly hotels and apartments in Mallorca. As ever, well-travelled Mumsnetters haven't disappointed so if you're looking to book a Balearic break with the family, we've got you covered.
